Claudia Kistler started her dance studies at Escuela Superior De Musica y Danza de Monterrey, México. She was awarded 3rd place in the International Ballet Competition in Havana, Cuba and 1st place in the National Dance Competition in Mexico. She began her professional career with the National Dance Company of Mexico City as a member of the corps de ballet. While there, she performed several soloist roles. In 2000, she joined the Ballet of Monterrey as a member of the corps de ballet and was promoted several times during her 15 year career there where she ultimately was a principal. Claudia has danced many of the major classical ballet roles such as The Sleeping Beauty, Flames of Paris, Swan Lake, Giselle, Romeo and Juliet, Coppelia, Paquita, Don Quixote, Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux, La Bayadere, Diana and Acteon, Grand Pas Classique and Carmen among others.

She also danced in neoclassical and contemporary works such as Huapango, Synergy, Uma Batida Diferente, Grapa Tango, Danzon, Cantus, Intermezzo, Assai, La Quinta, West Side Story and others.

Claudia worked with the following teachers, directors and choreographers: Angelica Keen, Lourdes Gomez, Fernando Alonso, Jeffrey Hughes, Yanis Pikieris, Fernando Bujones, Ann Marie D’Angelo, Robert Hill, Rosario Murillo, Jorge Amarante, and Tokyo Kevin Inouye-Three. Her career has allowed her to perform in Mexico, the United States and Europe. In 2015, Claudia was invited to dance at the Monterrey International Ballet Gala. Claudia has also appeared on television as a dancer and has taught and choreographed for television programs in Mexico. Claudia has taught and choreographed for Gym Condesa, Dalirys Dance Studio, Freeman Dance Studio, Ballet School of Monterrey, Danmar Dance Studio, Laeral Dance and Performing Arts Academy, Colombian Folkloric Ballet, MET, Dance Dynamics, HISD and Artisan School of Dance. She has also prepared dancers for competitions where they have been awarded gold and silver in solo, duo, trio and group categories.
